Gramene Webinar on Arabidopsis Data & Resources in the Gramene Database
Tuesday, July 14, 2015 @ 2:00 PM EDT
The Gramene database (http://www.gramene.org) has the pleasure to invite you to a FREE 30-min webinar to learn about various Arabidopsis genomic resources we offer and how to analyze SNP data. During this webinar, Dr. Pankaj Jaiswal will describe a step-by-step process for exploring genetic variation data, mapping user-provided SNPs on the Genome Browser, and analyzing the functional and structural consequences of a polymorphism on a transcript (also known as variant effect prediction analysis). Similar analysis can be performed for any of the 39 plant genomes hosted by Gramene.
Join us online on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 2.00 PM EDT/ 11:00 AM PDT.
If you have a special request to have this webinar translated to another language (e.g., Chinese, Hindi, or Spanish) or you would like to suggest a topic to cover in an upcoming webinar, please send us a note to webinar@gramene.org.
