Gordon Research Conference is holding a Single-Cell Approaches in Plant Biology meeting titled, “Unlocking Discoveries in Plant Science With Location-To-Function Knowledge,” August 10-15, 2025 in Portland, Maine. The goal is to provide a forum for a diverse group of professionals to discuss and share cutting-edge approaches that explore plant biology from the perspective of individual cells. The topics will include:
mapping cellular and subcellular protein localization patterns
tracking dynamic interactions between proteins
identifying the molecular components of cellular substructures
discerning complete states and transitions of specialized cell types
integrating these disparate data points in order to generate testable models of cellular function
new research avenues
solutions to societal challenges.
Applications are due by July 13, though some meetings will be full prior to the deadline so it is best to apply early. For more information visit the conference website.
