The International Plant and Animal Genome conference (PAG33) will take place on January 9-14, 2026 in San Diego, California and the SorghumBase and Gramene teams will be there!
Dr. Sunita Kumari, a senior bioinformatics scientist of the Ware Lab at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, will be giving a talk, “Advancing Plant Expression Resources: Gramene–Expression Atlas Collaboration on Bulk and Single-Cell Data Curation,” at 12.15PM on January 11 in Town and Country D during the Integrated Genome Resources at EMBL-EBI Workshop.
