Gramene will be at the PAG Conference 2018 — See you in San Diego!

The XXVI Plant and Animal Genome (PAG) Conference will kick off this coming Saturday, January 13th in San Diego, CA.  Come meet Gramene's staff and get the latest updates to Gramene’s comparative genomics and pathways visualization and mining tools to aid your research on plant models and crops!  At PAG 2018, we will be announcing Gramene's public release #56, which includes 8 new genomes and an updated version of the Sorghum bicolor assembly v3.

Gramene's very own PI, Dr. Doreen Ware will be giving the Plenary Talk on "Challenges and Opportunities for Agriculture in the Era of Big Data".  The rendez-vous will be at the Town & Country Ballroom on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 08:45 am PST.

The Gramene workshop on Tuesday, January 16 of 2018 at 1:30 - 3:40 pm PST in the California Room, will include important aspects of Gramene’s database resources and use cases and exciting topics like:
