Due March 31, call for workshop proposals for the Virtual PAG Asia 2022 on June 22-24

Call for Workshop Proposals for PAG Asia 2022

In response to the expanding global population, worldwide climate changes, and dramatic plant and animal genome research occurring in Asia Pacific, the organizers of the Plant and Animal Genome Conference are planning a short version of PAG.

Due to the current circumstances and COVID-19 concerns, the 2022 conference will be entirely virtual, and held online during business hours (Bejing time zone) June 22-24, 2022.

Workshop proposals should be developed with the intent of appealing to many attendees from across the Asia Pacific region and beyond, with the intent of fostering development of genomic analysis of agricultural products to sustain the world food supply.

Suggested Proposal Topics

We are interested in sessions which focus on, but are not limited to, crop, livestock and aquaculture genomics on topics such as: rice, wheat, maize, barley, soybean, arabidopsis, brassicas, fruit, palm oil, cattle, poultry, shrimp,  fish, swine, and sheep/goats.

Please visit the PAG ASIA Website. For Workshop Proposal Submission and Information, visit https://intlpagasia.org/2022/abstracts-submissions-home/workshop-proposals.
