AG2PI Workshop: “Scientific Computing & Data Analytics: A Comprehensive Toolkit for Research”, April 10-12, 2024

The Agricultural Genome to Phenome Initiative (AG2PI) is hosting a virtual training workshop, “Scientific Computing & Data Analytics: A Comprehensive Toolkit for Research” on April 10-12 of 2024, from 11 AM to 1 PM (CDT). The workshop will equip students with a comprehensive computational toolkit for research, allowing them to effectively manage and analyze increasing volumes of data and enhance research output. The focus will be on teaching the fundamental concepts of Python, Jupyter notebooks, and GitHub. Students will also receive an overview of machine learning and interactive visualization and see real-world applications in the field of plant phenotyping.
