International Society for Biocuration UK Local Conference

The International Society for Biocuration (ISB) is holding the first UK local Biocuration Conference is taking place from May 5th to 6th 2022 at EMBL's European Bioinformatics Institute in Hinxton, Cambridge, UK. The two day event will include keynote presentations on data harmonisation and application of bioinformatic resources, as well as presentations on data curation, biocuration systems, ontologies and community curation. The keynote speakers are Kenneth Baillie (Roslin Institute, University of Edinburgh) and Dr Melanie Courtot (EMBL-EBI). A poster session and workshops will also take place, as well as a reception and other opportunities for networking. Abstracts are due by April 4th and registration is ongoing.
