Gramene at PAG 2011

Many members of the Gramene team will be present at the upcoming 19th Plant and Animal Genome Conference in San Diego, CA, January 15-19, 2011. We will be giving a demonstration of the database on Tuesday, January 18, from 3:50 PM - 6:00 PM called "Using Gramene: A Genomics and Genetics Resource for Rice and other Grasses" (C905) where we will demonstrate basic and advanced use of the website. Members will also be presenting the following posters:

  • Gramene: A Resource For Comparative Grass Genomics (K. Youens-Clark) P228
  • TASSEL 3.0 (T. Casstevens) P819
  • The Gramene Genetic Diversity Module: A Database Resource For Plant Genotype-Phenotype Association (G. DeClerck and AS Karthikeyan) P797
  • Functional implications of genome-wide associations for flowering time variation (C. Chen) P235
  • Pathway Networks for Cereals (P. Dharmawardhana) P892/C892
  • Gramene: Comparative & Phylogenomics Resources for Plants (J. Stein) P807

Finally, you will also be able to find us at the Plant Genome Database Outreach booth (#427) along with representatives of many other major plant databases. We look forward to meeting you and answering your questions.
