Gramene will be present at this week's Plant Biology 2012, the Annual Meeting of the American Society of Plant Biologists (ASPB), in Austin, TX from July 20-24, 2012. On Saturday, July 21, Principal Investigator Doreen Ware will present an overview of Gramene in the Plant Informatics Workshop from 7:30-10:30 PM. Other speakers at the workshop include Eva Huala on the TAIR/IAIC transition, Dan Stanzione of iPlant, Kate Dreher representing the Plant Metabolic Network, and Laurel Cooper for Plant Ontology. Gramene is also co-organizing a Plant Genomics Outreach booth where representatives of the following plant databases will be available to answer your questions about informatics resources available to the plant community: Gramene, BAR, PO/TO, PMN, TAIR, iPlant, and KBase. In addition, Ken Youens-Clark will be presenting a poster on Gramene.
