What's New with Gramene? An Overview - Webinar May 9, 2017 @ 2 pm EDT

Do you want to know what Gramene has most recently been up to?

Gramene (http://www.gramene.org) is an integrated resource for comparative functional genomics analysis in crops and model plant species.

During this free 30-min webinar, Dr. Marcela Karey Tello-Ruiz of the Laboratory of Dr. Doreen Ware at the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and Gramene's Project Coordinator, will describe the data, and analysis and visualization tools hosted in Gramene.  In addition, she will demonstrate how to search for genes, gene trees, expression profiles, pathways and keywords (e.g., ontology terms, InterPro domains, species), and to ask interesting questions by combining search terms. She will also show how to expand your knowledge on specific topics by browsing at our video-tutorials collection.

If you have a specific question or example that you would like us to address during this exercise, please contact us at webinar@gramene.org.

We are looking forward hearing from you!

The Gramene webinar series consists of monthly seminars during which we strive to provide a quick overview of the data, tools, and services that the Gramene Project offers for comparative genomics visualization and analysis. Join us  live to ask questions. In as much as possible, recorded webinars are made available a posteriori in Gramene's YouTube channel.
