The Plant Biology 2018 Conference will take place in Montreal, Canada on July 14-18 of 2018.

Get the latest updates to Gramene’s comparative genomics and pathways visualization/mining tools to aid your research of plant models and crops in any of the following outreach, training and educational activities:

  • Sunday July 15th, 11:10-12:30 PM - An overview of the Gramene comparative genomics database as well as latest developments and future plans will be presented by Dr. Marcela Karey Tello-Ruiz, Project Manager and Outreach Coordinator of the Gramene Project during the Informatics Resources for Biology Research Workshop.

  • Monday July 16th, 1:00-1:30 PM - ''Getting involved with Gramene'' - Learn about the Gramene initiative and how you can get involved at the Plantae Pavillion.

  • Poster 300-002: ''Mining comparative plant data in Gramene'' presented by Dr. Marcela Karey Tello-Ruiz.

  • AgBioData Consortium Booth #1420 - Representatives of Gramene and 12 other plant databases will be available to meet with users and answer questions throughout the meeting at booth #1420. Stop by for one-on-one assistance or just to say Bonjour!
