The Plant Biology 2019 Conference will take place in San Jose, Calfiornia on August 2-7 of 2019.

Get the latest updates to Gramene’s comparative genomics and pathways visualization/mining tools to aid your research of plant models and crops in any of the following outreach, training and educational activities:

  • Monday August 5th, 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM - An overview of the Gramene comparative genomics database and use cases will be presented by Dr. Marcela Karey Tello-Ruiz, Project Manager and Outreach Coordinator of the Gramene Project during the Bioinformatics Workshop in room LL20A.

  • Poster 300-011: ''Mining Comparative Plant Data with Gramene'' presented by Dr. Marcela Karey Tello-Ruiz.

  • Poster 300-012: ''Gramene subsites: PanGenomes Browsers for Crops" presented by Dr. Marcela Karey Tello-Ruiz.

  • AgBioData Consortium Booth #602 - Representatives of Gramene and 13 other plant databases will be available to meet with users and answer questions throughout the meeting at booth #602. Stop by for one-on-one assistance or just to say Howdy!
