The XIII International Conference on Grapevine Breeding, Genetics and Management, which is being held in Cappadocia (Turkey) from August 21-24, 2023 will be held as scheduled. The organizers assure attendees that although some provinces in the south and east of Turkey were affected by the earthquakes in the region, the Cappadocia region, where the conference is being held, ​​is far from the earthquakes and is not located in a possible earthquake zone They further assure conveners  that there are no safety concerns related to traveling to the conference area.
