Probabilistic Modeling In Genomics Conference, CSHL - March 5-8

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is hosting a meeting titled “Probabilistic Modeling In Genomics” from March 5-8 on the laboratory’s campus in Cold Spring Harbor, NY. The conference will include plenary speeches, talks, posters and opportunities for networking. Keynote speakers will include Alexis Battle from Johns Hopkins University and Rasmus Nielsen from University of California, Berkeley. 

The topics being presented are:

  • Population and Statistical Genomics

  • Machine Learning in Genomics

  • Demographic Inference

  • Quantitative Genetics and Association Mapping

  • Systems Biology

  • Phylogenetics and Evolutionary Dynamics
