Gramene release 69

The Gramene Plants team is thrilled to unveil its sixty-ninth data release, now hosting 233 plant reference genomes. There are 83 new genomes in this release, including 75 barley genomes. Comparative genomic analysis includes a set of 167,680 gene family trees spanning 118 genomes, and other crop-specific pan-gene trees for barley, wheat and rice.
