The Plant and Animal Genome Conference is taking place in San Diego, Calfornia from January 13-18 of 2023, and Gramene is participating with exciting workshops, talks, posters, and outreach events.
Get the latest updates to Gramene’s comparative genomics and pathways visualization/mining tools to aid your research of plant models and crops or simply stop by to say hi! to the Gramene Team representatives at any of the events listed below.
A Gramene Workshop will be held at the Plant and Animal Genome Conference (PAG30) on January 17 at 4PM at The Town & Country Resort and Conference Center, Palm 8, in San Diego, California. In addition to presenting the elements that make up Gramene, multiple applications and collaborative efforts related to the Gramene project will also be highlighted. We encourage plant researchers and breeders, both beginners and frequent users of Gramene, to attend.
Talks and presentations include:
Gramene 2023: An Online Resource for Plant Reference Genomes, Pan-Genomes and Plant Reactome Pathways - Andrew Olson, CSHL
Using OMICs Data for Biocuration of Plant Genes and Pathways for the Plant Reactome - Sushma Naithani, Oregon State University
