This session will showcase the pathway analysis tools provided with the latest version of the Plant Reactome web site and database (http://plantreactome.gramene.org). Learn how to upload and visualize genomic, transcriptomic, and metabolic data on pathway diagrams, extract related statistics, and compare pathway-level homology between rice and other species.

CSHL Information Technology will be performing some network maintenance on the early morning of Friday, August 7th. The maintenance will interrupt network access to Gramene's servers, affecting local and Internet access to the machines.

Fascination of Plants Day (FoPD) was celebrated around the World on May 18th of 2015
To celebrate FoPD in New York, members of the Ware Lab (Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory) brought a little amazement to the young and bright minds of kindergarteners at Bayville Primary School, as well as to a number of children from various elementary schools in the Locust Valley area who are members of the Grenville Baker Boys and Girls Club's Science Club.
